Power, Weights and Sizes.

The power output of the Prima engine is fairly similar to the Land Rover petrol engine, it's feels as though the converted Landies accelerate up hills better than they do with the Landy engine.

The Sherpa flywheel is fairly light and the engine rev's willingly.

Someone who worked at Perkins had details of a Prima stationary engine that produced 100bhp, it was an intercooled turbo engine. So if around 80 bhp isn't enough, how much power is enough, there is always the possibility of intercooling. An intercooler and the fueling tweaking and you should get 100bhp and 145 lbft. The same type of fuel pump is used on TDi Land Rovers and Dodge Rams, so if you want to tweak your fuel system look those up on google.
